Return & Refund Policy

At MystiqMode, we strive to ensure every product you receive reflects the passion and quality we stand for. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if:

    • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

    • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including:

    • Limited edition collectibles (e.g., action figures, statues, and accessories).

    • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.

    • Customized or personalized products.

 


 

2. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at support@mystiqmode.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for return

    • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging (for quality verification)

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  3. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

 


 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

 


 

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for apparel (size or defective item).

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacement depends on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

 


 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mystiqmode.com.

  • Include your order ID and photos of the product and packaging.

  • Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

 


 

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 48 hours.

  • We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

 


 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch — whichever comes first.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
